About the place
The school has taught krav maga for self-defence in Setúbal since 2018, with a practical approach for adults and children. 1 Training is built on simple, natural human reactions and practised until it becomes automatic, and classes are adapted so beginners start with the basics. 4 Students train barefoot, and the first class is meant to teach the basics calmly at a pace the student chooses. 7
